Your local Eating Disorder Charity PEDS is approaching its 10yr Anniversary and what better way to connect our local community, talk about the help that exists, remove the myths and shame that some people still feel when facing their eating disorder and encourage people to come forward for support.

We are very privileged to be joined for the evening by our Patron, Actress Michelle Collins, who herself has lived experience of recovery from an eating disorder and we will be inviting our service users and their families (past and present), schools, colleges, Universities, the Local Council, NHS (Commissioners, Children's CAMHS and Eating Disorder Services and Adult Mental Health Services) , MPs, Councilors, Sports Clubs and Recreational Clubs as well as our Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise colleagues.

Your support as a local business is vital to us as we stand together and stand up to Eating Disorders. We will be showing footage of our charity's development over the past 10 years as well as hearing from people whose lives have benefitted from PEDS and we will be sharing our short documentary on Eating Disorders, titled, CONTROL, on the night. There will be food, music, drinks, a raffle, and lots of laughter as we bring together our local community and share stories and ideas on how we can continue to fight the challenges that eating disorders bring.
