This 10-day online course(February 15-24, 2025) is designed to help you cultivate mindfulness, spiritual grounding, and emotional resilience. Through daily meditations, live group support sessions, and practical daily exercises, you’ll reconnect with your inner self and build habits that nurture your mental and spiritual well-being.

- Daily Recorded Meditations (10 Total):
- Accessible anytime to fit your schedule.
- Each meditation focuses on themes like self-love, gratitude, releasing stress, and connecting with your higher self.
- Three Live Zoom Sessions:
- Interactive group sessions for shared reflection and guidance.
- Led by Anela, includes guidance, time to answer questions and provide support.
- Daily Practices:
- Short, actionable exercises to integrate mindfulness into your everyday life. All personally used as tools by Anela.
- Examples: journaling prompts, affirmations, or nature-based rituals.
- Spiritual Guidance Throughout:
- Receive encouragement and insights to deepen your practice and spiritual understanding.

When are the Live Zoom sessions?
This course will be fairly independent and zoom sessions recorded as well. Although,I highly encourage you to come to the 3 Zoom sessions to receive maximum support and benefit.
