Please arrive on time to recieve full guidance and experience. Allow time for parking and walking to designated area.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

-Intro of who we are.

-Opening prayer and setting intentions/manifestations.

-Breathwork guidance.

-Energy healing/activation.

-Will be sitting or laying down for about an hour or so.

-May feel sensations on body, spontaneous movement, emotional release, or be in stillness.

-Ending conversation with sharing of experience.

Any form of expression or non-expression does not determine profoundness or effectiveness of session, energy works the same, just as profound, and will release or receive what is meant for your unique journey at this moment in time. FOR A COMFORTABLE AND PROFOUND EXPERIENCE:

-wear comfortable clothing.

-have a comfortable and safe space available with no distractions.

-wear eye masks or closing eyes is welcome.

-have a bottle of water near.

-yoga mat or place to lay or sit down comfortably for long period of time.

-Sunscreen or umbrella for shade if needed.

-blanket or pillow for extra comfort and back support.

-Sacred items welcome to charge and assist with ceremonial journey. (crystals, pictures, sacred objects or personal items, etc.)
