This is a 3 DAY/2 NIGHT EVENT that requires overnight stays.We depart from Sarasota, FL & Shop our way to St. Augustine, FL where we stay.IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THIS EVENT
This is a 3 day event leaving from Sarasota, Florida on a luxury coach bus thrifting all the way to St. Augustine on Friday, October 18th. We will stay over in St. Augustine 2 nights (Friday 10/18 & Saturday 10/19) Hotel rooms ARE NOT included in the trip fees, we have blocked off Hotel rooms at 2 places for you to choose from. We will take you shopping around St. Augustine on our luxary coach bus Saturday 10/19 and Sunday 10/20 we will check out of our hotel and shop our way back returning to Sarasota, Florida between 5-6:00pm. Once you purchase your Event Bus Ticket you will receive an email with tickets and special packing instructions along with other important information. We will also send out event reminders 1 week and 2 days prior to the event. There are NO REFUNDS for missing the bus so PLEASE READ ALL OF STEPS #1-#5 BELOW for important information.
TRIP COST:
If you split a hotel room with a friend, $119 night and Event Bus ticket (3 days) $345. Event cost $475. (+tax/some meals).
STEP #1 GET AIRLINE TICKETS FIRST: If you are flying into Sarasota, FL SRQ Airport to attend this event.
Be sure you can arrive in time for our departure from Sarasota on Friday 10/18. We would recommend arriving in Sarasota on Thursday 10/17 and staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites at the Airport where we will come for you on Friday 10/18. There is free shuttle service to get you from the Airport to the Hotel. You must have hotel reservations to use this service. We can not come to any other hotels in Sarasota as we are on a time schedule. We will come with our luxury coach bus right to your Hotel on Friday morning, October 18th at ___. Please be checked out of your room and ready in front 15 minutes prior to our arrival time. IMMEDIATELY after purchasing your airline tickets go back to our website: ThriftingBusTours.com to get your Event Bus Ticket. DO NOT WAIT. If the Event bus sells out, we can't help you! Our boarding times leaving Sarasota to go thrifting all the way to St. Augustine are 7-7:30am Friday Oct 18th and we should be back by 7pm Sunday Oct 20th. Please give yourself enough time. Maybe stay over Sunday night in Sarasota as well.

BUY YOUR EVENT BUS TICKET HERE USING THIS SITE.
Buy your event bus ticket after buying airline tickets, so you know you can get to Sarasota, if you are flying into town.
The EVENT Ticket includes breakfast snacks, afternoon treats and water for each day. Ticket includes lunch on Friday 10/18. You hotel room cost includes breakfast for Saturday & Sunday. You will be responsible for Hotel room 2 nights, Friday and Saturday nights. You will be responsible for dinner on Friday and Saturday night. You will be responsible for lunch Saturday and Sunday. There are limited bus tickets. Purchase your event bus ticket right after purchasing airline tickets if you are flying into Sarasota for the event, BECAUSE event BUS tickets could sell out.
We have several boarding locations depending on if you live in the area, if you are driving to the area, or are flying into the area. Please read boarding instructions carefully. NO REFUNDS (Unless extreme weather conditions cancels event). TICKETs are transferrable to another person.

10/18 Boarding #ONE: At Airport Hampton Inn if you STAY NIGHT BEFORE IN SARASOTA
7:00am Friday 10/18 Hampton Inn & Suites 975 University Pkwy, Sarasota, FL 34243 Be ready 15 minutes early.
If you are flying into Sarasota the night before and staying at the Hampton Inn we will arrive at the Hotel with our luxury coach bus to pick you up. Please be checked out and ready in the lobby.
10/18 Boarding #TWO: SRQ Airport LONG TERM CAR PARKING at SARASOTA SRQ Airport board Event bus at Airport Terminal.
7:30 Friday 10/18 Ground Transportation Area at SRQ Airport Terminal 6000 Airport Circle, Sarasota, FL 34241 Please arrive 15 minutes early.
If you are driving into Sarasota you must PARK YOUR CAR IN THE LONG TERM PARKING AT THE SRQ SARASOTA AIRPORT because You CAN NOT PARK you car at our other boarding locations for 3 days or it will be towed away! Take the parking lot shuttle to the Airport Terminal. We will come with our luxury coach bus (Black DOLPHIN Coach Bus) to the Ground Transportation area (located at the far west end of the terminal ticket wing) to pick you up. Please be at the Ground Transportation Area 15 minutes prior to the time listed.
10/18 Boarding #THREE: Event bus BOARDING at TARGET UTC MALL
8:00am University Town Center Mall. Target 101 N. Cattleman Rd., Sarasota, FL 34243 (PARK AS FAR OUT FROM TARGET AS POSSIBLE). Arrive 15 minutes early.
IF YOU LIVE IN THE AREA, YOU MUST BE DROPPED OFF AT THE UNIVERSITY TOWN CENTER MALL. YOU CAN NOT PARK YOU CAR at the UTC Mall for 3 days or it will be towed away. Please make arrangements to be dropped off AND picked up when we return.
STEP #3 YOU MUST MAKE YOUR St. Augustine HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Once you purchase your bus ticket HERE you will get an email with the hotel links to reserve/pay for your room. We have two choices. We will drop you off and pick you up each day of event in St. Augustine ONLY at the two approved Hotels. Please understand we secured blocks of rooms at the most reasonable rates for a group.
