Momiji's coffee journey began with a transformative experience of the rich coffee culture in Australia. Inspired by that encounter, she began working in coffee shops across Canada, driven by a passion for sharing delicious coffee with her community.
Through years of dedication, Momiji became a two-time Eastern and Central Canada Barista Competitions champion. Her expertise expanded as she took on a key role at a coffee roastery, acting as a vital connection between roasters and retail stores to maintain exceptional quality.
Today, as the proud owner of HotBlack Coffee, Momiji continues to inspire and delight customers by sharing her love for exceptional coffee with the local community.
