Edinburgh Palestine Community Wellbeing Group<h4>Join a group of people supporting each other in solidarity with Palestine.</h4>
Edinburgh Palestine Community Wellbeing Group is a new community group created so that we can support each other during the ongoing genocide.
Our meetings will be facilitated by a mental health professional with experience in crisis mental health and working with people who have experienced violence. But you don't need to feel like you fit these specific categories. This group is open to ANYONE finding it hard at the moment. Solidarity is built on community. Bring a friend! Our meetings are about chatting, sharing however much (or little!), and building a supportive community.
Once you attend an open meeting you can join our WhatsApp group where we plan impromptu walks, coffees, meet-ups, etc. and see how we can support each other ❤️
Our lovely space at Līla Yoga has limited capacity so we're asking folks to sign up to make sure we aren't overflowing! However, if the event is full then please add yourself to the waiting list so we can contact you about future events.
