A Day to Reconnect with Yourself, Nature, and Community
This retreat is an invitation to pause.
To step away from the noise of everyday life and return to a quieter, more grounded place within yourself held by nature and supported by a circle of women.
Set in the serene beauty of Washington Oaks Gardens State Park, this one-day experience weaves together gentle yoga, intuitive free movement, mindful walking with a tree bathing experience, and a guided reflection workshop for insight and clarity.
There is no pressure to perform or achieve only space to move, to breathe, to listen, and to reconnect.
You’ll be surrounded by ancient oak trees, gardens in bloom, and the presence of the ocean nearby elements that naturally support restoration and clarity.
A nourishing meal will be shared, along with moments of conversation, stillness, and connection.
This space embraces individuality, inclusivity, and autonomy. You are welcome exactly as you are.
At the end of the day, you may choose to walk to the ocean and allow the experience to settle, gently and naturally.

8:30 – 9:00 AM Arrival, check-in, and welcome circle
9:00– 10:15 AM Gentle trauma-informed yoga practice in nature
10:15-10:30 AM Break
10:30– 11:15 AM Mindful walking and tree-bathing experience
11:15 AM – 12:00 PM Introduction to the workshop for clarity and insight
12:00– 1:00 PM Nourishing meal shared in community
1:00 to 1:30 Free movement to increase energy level
1:30 – 3:00 PM Taller Habitar tu Ritmo, reflexion ans sharing

4:00 – 4:30 PM Optional walk to the ocean for integration
