1 Day Meditation Retreat: Deep Inner Listening

An opportunity to reconnect with yourself and spend a day in self-reflection, deep inner listening and catch up with the inner world in a supportive group environment. The day will consist of guided and silent meditations, discussions and inquiry into the art of inner observation.

This is a great way in to discovering meditation as well as fine-tuning an existing practice.

• Meditation cushions / chairs and blankets are provided.
• Please leave your shoes on the shoe rack before proceeding into the space.
• Please refrain from wearing fragrances so as to maintain a neutral environment that is conducive to meditation.
• Please silence your phone.
