1-Day Formulation Accelerator

Stop the R&D guesswork and endless iteration cycles. This intensive, two-part experience is designed for beauty and wellness founders who are ready to develop a market-ready formula and a predictable roadmap to scale. Under the expert guidance of The Charismatic Chemist, 2025 CEW Innovator in Formulation & Cosmetic Chemistry, you will move from concept to a physical base formula in one day.

• Day 1 (Virtual): The Strategy Kickoff: A group deep-dive to finalize your Concept Briefs and Formula Specifactions. We align your brand vision with scientific feasibility so we can hit the ground running in the lab.
• Day 2 (In-Person): The Lab Intensive: A high-energy, hands-on day in Middlesex, NJ. You will batch your formula, learn QC protocols, and master the product development process.

• Capacity: Strictly limited to 5 founders to ensure 1-on-1 attention.
• Deliverables: You walk away with your physical prototype, a Master Formula Record (MFR) draft, and a 48-Hour Cost Roadmap.
• Investment: $2,500 (Covers programming, lab materials, and catered meals/snacks).
