In Lifeline's fully funded Accidental Counsellor Foundation workshop, you will learn to safely and effectively support friends, family, colleagues, and strangers in distress or experiencing a crisis.
Our 1 Day workshop provides skills in active listening, calming, and effective gentle questioning. It teaches you how to communicate effectively and gives you the skills to help foster effective and trusting relationships.
Workshop participants gain a greater understanding of how to communicate more effectively and learn strategies to help foster effective and trusting relationships with clients or peers. The workshop is flexible and interactive, encouraging participants to ask questions, share their experiences, practice skills and engage in self-reflection.
