Our Partner Workout Night invites all women and their partners to move side-by-side in a way that feels fun, empowering, and supportive. Choose the workout that fits your vibe: boxing, Pilates, weightlifting, or yoga, and share an hour of movement designed to strengthen your heart, your body, and your connection.

This experience isn’t about being perfectly in sync. It’s about showing up together, cheering each other on, and finding joy in moving as a team. Whether your partner is a workout regular or brand new, our coaches will guide the experience so everyone feels welcomed and confident.
