This half-day group immersion is designed as a structured reset — an opportunity to consciously release what no longer serves you and create internal space for what is emerging next.Through guided somatic movement, breathwork, vibrational sound, and energy clearing supported by frequency-based practices, we will work gently with the nervous system to discharge stored tension and restore coherence. Each element is intentionally paced and grounded, allowing for reflection, integration, and steady renewal rather than overwhelm.
A shared lunch is included to support connection and continued integration in a relaxed, contained setting.
