About this Event
Learn how to use a sewing machine. In one hour we'll cover how to thread the machine, wind and load a bobbin, sew a straight stitch, a curve, and a pivot. We'll also talk about troubleshooting the sewing machine, stitch types, and changing the needle.
-We can use my machine (computerized Brother) or yours.
-We can meet at the Smoky Hill Library. Or your home (I charge a $5 travel fee for this option).
-This class is for ages 13 and up.
-All students must be able to follow safety instructions during class.
Note: Sewing involves operating machinery and sharp equipment such as scissors, needles, hot irons, etc. Please follow all safety instuctions. Sewrenity/Brittany/ the instructor will not be repsonsible for injury or boldily harm during class.
