The march of uncertainity continues. What's in store for us beyond the horizon?

What is certain will be the prevalence of disruptive events that your business will meet in the evolving future. And when that happens, expect your customer's needs, behaviour, and expectation to change similarly.

Your business model must adapt. How you deliver services must evolve in these uncertain environments. You would need to embody a design mindset, adept at wielding methods and tools to deliver optimal services to survive and even thrive.

In this introductory 120-minute webinar, we’ll share with participants the general framework of Service Design to deliver on this challenge. We will take a sweeping look at various methods and tools; explore local and popular case studies; and, plan to take action. We will spotlight critical activities and tools to use in the hard task of (re)designing your business services.

To balance the first part of this webinar from a more theoretical level, the trainer will facilitate a group discussion on current issues or challenges for a more practical application of Service Design.

Due to time constraints, we will not be able to try out all of the tools and techniques. But, you will gain the fundamental know-how in your transformation journey using Service Design as your key tool.

Your Trainer:

Darwin is a service/ experience designer who uses serious play, visual thinking, and foresight/futures in his practice. Whilst in corporate, his domain has been marketing particularly digital and technology. He has straddled both agency and client sides across the years. And he has advised top MNCs and regional players with their strategy & marketing challenges.

Darwin is currently the founder and principal consultant of a Singapore-based service design agency called pxd labs. He is a senior fellow of the Faculty of Play, a collective of serious play practitioners in the Asia Pacific region.
