06.09 The Glade ALRUNA invites the international artist collective The Glade for the 21st gathering to claim the space of the sacred hall. Feral forces of the Nordic forests will find their way into rooms of forlorn practices and obsolete masters. For one evening the ancient overtakes the old, and pillars become pines.

The Glade is an interdisciplinary art project created by an international crew of folk and techno musicians, dancers, opera singers, actors and, artisans. The project has been presented on multiple occasions to thousands of people who found their way to the elusive Glade deep into the Swedish forest.
The Glade is often wordless, aiming to speak to the subconscious rather than tell a story through clear symbolism. Visitors are invited to actively participate in the experience by moving, breathing, and singing together.
