About the Challenge:
In this 7-week program, we'll guide you through every step of the way, focusing on developing essential skills for running a 5K in a healthy and sustainable manner. From your very first steps to crossing the 5K finish line, our experienced trainers will be there to support and motivate you.
- Weekly Sessions: Every Saturday at 9.30AM-10.30AM, starting from May 11th, join us for expert-led training sessions designed to progressively prepare you for a 5K run.
- Patience and Progress: Embrace the journey and enjoy every moment, whether it's a high or a low. Our supportive environment encourages patience with oneself as you conquer new milestones.
- Comprehensive Training: Learn the fundamentals of running technique, endurance building, injury prevention, and more, ensuring you have all the tools needed to succeed.

Practicals - Our training sessions are designed for absolute beginners and we will be training progressively starting from 1K.
We will be doing our training along the canal towpath and around the Claypits which is flat ground.
Each session will be a mix of stretching, strength training & progression to runnning.
