**Each animal will receive a brief wellness exam for $25 which will be paid in advance through the ticket link to secure your spot (non-refundable)**If you will be bringing more than one, please purchase one ticket per animal. Please bring proof of current rabies vaccination unless receiving 1 year rabies at time of service. Proof of prior rabies required for 3 year booster.

-Rabies Vaccine 1yr - $25 (legally required)
-Rabies Vaccine 3yr - $35 (proof of previous vaccine required)
-FVRCP Vaccine - $20 (upper respiratory/infectious disease prevention)
-FeLV Vaccine - $25 (infections leukemia prevention, negative test required)
-FeLV/FIV Test - $40 (tests for infectious immune disease)
-DHPP Vaccine - $20 OR
-DHLPP Vaccine - $25 (upper respiratory/infections disease prevention or plus leptospirosis)
-Bordetella Vaccine - $20 (kennel cough)
-Heartworm Test - $35 (tests for infection spread by mosquitos)
-Administered Pyrantel Dewormer - $7 (round and hookworm)
-Administered Revolution - For Cats $20, For Dogs $35 (cat and small dog heartworm/flea/dewormer/earmites, HW test required for dogs)
-Written Rx Fee - $15 per prescription for heartworm or flea/tick (HW test required)
-Microchip plus free lifetime registration - $30
-Nail Trim - Cats only $25
-Ear Cleaning - Cats or Dogs $15
-Anal Glands - Cats or Dogs $25
**Capstar required for any animal with active fleas - $10**
*All pets MUST be on a leash or in a carrier. If you do not have a carrier we will come out to your car with one.*
