Looking for something meaningful (and active) for your child this spring break?
Our Spring Break Anti-Bully & Self-Defense Camp at Witness Martial Arts is designed to build real confidence, teach practical self-defense, and give kids tools to handle bullying situations the right way.
This isn’t babysitting.
It’s skill-building.
Here’s what a typical day looks like:
🔥 9:00–9:20 – High-energy warm-ups & agility games
🥋 9:20–10:00 – Martial arts instruction
💧 10:00–10:15 – Snack & hydration break (snacks provided daily)
🛡 10:15–11:00 – Self-defense & anti-bullying training
🏁 11:00–11:40 – Team challenges & obstacle courses
🎯 11:40–12:00 – Confidence lesson & daily wrap-up
Friday includes a parent demo and certificate ceremony so you can see what your child learned all week.
What to wear:
✔ Regular gym shorts
✔ T-shirt
