🚀 THE EVENT OF THE YEAR: THE CORA ANIMAL PROJECT CIC OFFICIAL LAUNCH! 🚀Wigan & Beyond—Mark Your Calendars! 🗓️
On Saturday, August 15th, we are taking over Wigan Saint Patrick’s Amateur Rugby League Club for the official Launch Party and Fundraiser for The Cora Animal Project CIC. 🛡️🐾
A VENUE CLOSE TO OUR HEARTS ❤️
We didn’t choose this location by accident. St Pat's sits right at the side of our HQ, where this entire project began. Most importantly, it was a place Cora herself absolutely loved. When the fields were quiet, she’d often sneak over to enjoy the peace, the space, and the secluded grounds. Hosting our launch here feels like we are bringing the project full circle, right back to the place that inspired it all.
This project has exploded in just four short weeks. From thermal searches in the dead of night to our historic first adoptions, we have been on a non-stop mission. Now, it’s time to celebrate how far we’ve come and, more importantly, fund our future.
WHAT’S ON THE CARDS? 🎪
We are throwing a celebration that the whole community will remember:
🎤 LIVE MUSIC: A brilliant live singer to set the mood!
🎧 DANCE: A professional DJ playing the hits until late!
🏰 KIDS' ZONE: Bouncy castle and activities to keep the little ones busy!
🎉 THE GAMES: Bingo, quizzes, and a massive raffle with incredible prizes!
🍔 FOOD & DRINKS: Fuel up and keep the party going!
THE MISSION:
This is a FUNDRAISER. As this project grows, the costs for medical care, rescue equipment, and "Boots on the Ground" operations grow too. Every penny through the doors on August 15th goes directly into our rescue fund.
