For this session, we will start with a beautiful Cacao ceremony followed by a humbling self appreciation meditation. Fall deeper into transe with the set of 8 perfect pitch quartz bowls, buffalo hide drum and tingsha bells. Please bring your yoga mat, pillows and blankets to be comfortable on the floor for an hour. You are also encouraged to bring water, healing crystals and a journal. THIS EVENT WILL BE CAPPED AT 12 PEOPLE. Venmo holds your spot!
