Hi Dana Point! 💛 Pickle (my dog) and I moved here during Covid for what was supposed to be six months… and it turned into six beautiful years. Sadly, we were separated last year. He was my son, not “just a dog,” and as the one-year anniversary of his passing approaches this April, I feel called to truly honor his life.
I’m considering a heartfelt gathering at one of our favorite spots in the Dana Point Marina—an open space for dog lovers and anyone who has loved and lost. A place to share Pickle’s 15 wonderful years, hear your stories, and remember the ones who meant everything to us.
This would be an evening time meet-up on Tuesday, April 21st, at 6:30 PM.
Feel free to bring the following:
- Your current animal love and/or photo of one loved and lost
- Blanket or chair (for comfort)
- Your story to share (if you have one)
I’ll have our hammock hung, along with some large framed photos of Pickle and balloons on our palm trees. I’ll also have lots of flowers for each attendee.
