Join us for our upcoming Live Pure Breed Auction, featuring quality poultry from local breeders and club members.
This is a LIVE auction event β birds will be sold pen by pen on the day by auctioneer bidding.

Penning Night (Optional):
π 4:00 PM β 5:00 PM
Auction Day:
π Penning on the Day: 7:30 AM β 8:30 AM
π Viewing All Birds: 9:00 AM β 10:00 AM
π Registration of Buyers: 9:00 AM β 10:00 AM
πͺ Shed Closed to Buyers and Sellers: 10:00 AM
π¨ LIVE Bidding Starts: 10:00 AM sharp
π³ The front desk will be manned for the duration of the day.
We aim to keep buyer registrations within the listed times. Late registrations may be accepted, however late bidders may miss early lots β this will be managed on the day.

π Sellers Information
β’ Pure breed birds will be sold through the auction.
β’ We will still accept unwanted birds. However, cross bred birds will not be sold through the auction.
β’ Once your birds have been penned, you must leave the shed.
β’ Sellers may return to view their birds between 9:00 AM β 10:00 AM.
β’ Stewards will be stationed at each door.
π SELLERS MUST REGISTER THEIR BIRDS PRIOR TO THE AUCTION.

π¨ Bidding Process
β’ Bidding takes place in front of the building.
β’ Once bidding has commenced, no buyers or sellers are permitted to enter the shed.
β’ When you win a bid, your bidding number will be recorded on the steward list.

π³ Payment & Collection
β’ Once youβve finished purchasing, proceed to the front desk for payment.
β’ After payment, take your receipt to the designated door.
β’ A steward will collect your birds and place them into your designated cage.
β’ Buyers are not permitted to enter the shed or remove birds themselves.

Please bring suitable transport cages and listen to steward directions throughout the day.
