On Saturday June 6th SAGE is holding a Pride Picnic Party from 12-3pm in Pinckney in the spirit of celebrating inclusion, protecting human rights, promoting visibility and support for our LGBTQIA+ community members.🤩Attendees are encouraged to sport the colors of their own flag, choose a color from the traditional Pride flag (so that all together we make up the rainbow), or arrive in your most dazzling attire. Get your fabulous on with bright clothing, jewelry, make-up and accessories.
This is a potluck so if you're able, bring some food to share (if not, no worries- come eat)! Rainbow cupcakes are fun, rice crispy treats can become Pride-themed by adding Skittles, vegetable trays and fruit skewers can be vibrant… lots of colorful ideas. Meet like minded folx while playing outdoor games such as frisbee and badminton or unwind on blankets rolled out on the grass with art activities.
