On March 21, Union Symphony Orchestra brings Franz Schubert’s joyful and elegant Fifth Symphony to life right here in Downtown Monroe. Written when he was just 19, the piece sparkles with youthful energy, warmth, and unforgettable melody — the perfect way to welcome spring.
The evening also features our own Concertmaster, David Song, performing Vieuxtemps’ Violin Concerto No. 5 — a breathtaking showcase of passion, precision, and artistry.
