Join us for an exciting afternoon of West Coast Swing with the fabulous Natasha & Andy — right in the heart of Sheffield City Centre!

✨ What to Expect
Push your technique, learn new moves, and apply everything in a fun, supportive environment.
Natasha and Andy bring a wealth of dance experience to the floor. Andy began his journey with salsa in 2012 after a year in South America, started teaching in 2018, and discovered West Coast Swing in 2017. Natasha has over 35 years of dance experience, starting in ballet before transitioning to partner dancing in 2017.
They both fell in love with West Coast Swing in 2019, met through dancing, and—now married since 2024—teach, compete, and dance together. Natasha is based in Leeds, where she teaches West Coast Swing with Swing Renegades and salsa with Salsa Rocks.
Enjoy a focused three-hour workshop followed by a one-hour guided practice session. Come and fall in love with this wonderfully versatile dance style! 💃🕺

1:15 – 1:30 pm
🚪 Doors Open & Welcome
Arrive, check in, and get ready for the afternoon.
1:30 – 2:20 pm
💃 Technique Focus
Learn how dancers create and manage oppositional energy through stretch and compression.
2:30 – 3:20 pm
🎶 Introducing New Moves
Apply these concepts to variations of sugar push, sugar tuck, and passing tuck.
3:30 – 5:00 pm
💫 Integration & Flow
Integrate movement and patterns into your dancing through intentional lead/follow practice.
5:00 – 5:55 pm
🎶 Guided Practice Session
Plenty of time to dance, practice, and refine what you’ve learned in a relaxed, supportive setting.
