📢We're taking our dance vibes back down to Felixstowe🔥 If you like the idea of flowing freely with the wind in your hair, bare feet on the sand, around a fire, beside the sea at sunset, under the impending full moon, then this one is for you!🏖️🎶🌕
Join us at the beach for our freestyle multi-genre dance experience in space held for you to come explore yourself & your edges or just come have a boogie, in nature & rhythm, beside the sea to celebrate International Dance Day with us!
🎧You'll be given your own silent disco headsets, to avoid disturbing our neighbours & you can pump up the volume to your own taste! (we'll all be on the same rhythmic trip together)

Open to your own interpretation & practice; you shall be warmly received & guided freely, to explore & express in our welcoming safe space to various music, followed by a little light restorative stretch & relaxing meditation to ground us back down, to the soothing sounds of the sea...🌊
Everything is optional. Invitations of guidance. Turn up exactly as you are & enjoy the evening completely as you wish!
All I ask is that phones are put away, no photos to be taken & no talking during the event itself. Be present. Otherwise, play how you may!
Embrace various rhythms such as ambient, tribal, instrumental, trance, electro swing, dance, electronic, orchestral, dub, techno, house, ethereal, drum n bass, psychedelic, meditation & soundscapes🎶
