Gnostic Society Japan presents a 1 hour workshop to stretch the heart! We will be practicing the yoga of the heart chakra, with a short introduction and a meditation practice.

The consciousness in the heart has no limits, and can love all the world including those who harm us. The heart forgives all and loves all.
