🔍 A Night of Intrigue Awaits…Long before EVO Kitchen & Bar brought new life to 31 Water Street South, the historic building was home to some of Galt’s most fascinating industry — from the Galt Knitting Company to the Tiger Brand Knitting Company. For decades, the building stood at the heart of the community, quietly holding onto the stories of those who worked within its walls.
During recent renovations, a long-forgotten time capsule from 1926 was discovered hidden inside the building — sealed with instructions not to be opened until 2026.
Tonight, guests have gathered for its long-awaited unveiling. But as the secrets of the past begin to surface, it becomes clear that some things were buried for a reason… and someone in the room may be willing to K*ll to keep them hidden. 🕵️♀️🍽️🎭
