🎃 Get into the Halloween spirit with terrifyingly terrific crafts and a SpoOoOoky Storytime before Newport’s annual Halloween Parade kicks off at 7 p.m.!
Drop-In Art is designed for elementary-aged children and their families as a time to create and learn together.
👻 What to expect: You'll create up to three themed craft projects with guidance from our Drop-In Art Coordinator, PCCA staff, and wonderful volunteers!

Parking: Limited public street parking is available as well as a parking lot around back of the library.
Spooky Storytime with Deena Preston begins at 4:30 p.m.
Drop-In Art (DIA) Crafts with DIA Coordinator Janice Bailor will be available from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
