Quit your Wine-ing and Pear up with someone and have a dance 😝Jam starts at 7PM - doors open at 6:50PM. Location is the Labyrinth at St. Paul's Anglican Church located and Jervis and Pendrell just off of Davie Street!
New to contact? We will have a small intro lesson walking beginners through a warmup, fundamentals of Contact Improv and a short discussion on consent during practice. Arrive early so you don't miss out!
Get ready to roll, slide, and glide as we dive into the world of contact improvisation! Whether you're a seasoned pro or a curious newbie, our jam is the perfect place to connect, create, and move together.
What's in Store:
- Improvisation & Fun: Let your body lead the way as we explore spontaneous movement and partner dynamics. No choreography, no rules—just pure, unfiltered dance!
- Supportive Space: We create a safe and welcoming environment where everyone can feel comfortable expressing themselves. Expect plenty of weight-sharing, lifts, and playful exploration. Not sure if you're comfortable with the dance form to jam? Witnessing others is a great way to learn the form!

- How much?: $15 at the door or e-transfer to [email protected]. All proceeds go to space rental. No one turned away for lack of funds.
