March Plant Spirit~ NettleOur next Green Community circle is devoted to one of spring’s most powerful plant allies. Nettle is one of the first plants to rise from the cold earth each year. While winter still lingers, she emerges strong, vibrant, and alive…reminding us that renewal is already underway beneath the surface.
Rich in minerals and deeply nourishing to the body, she has long been used to rebuild strength after illness, support the blood and nervous system, and gently awaken the body after the long dormancy of winter.
Spiritually, nettle teaches us about boundaries, vitality, and the courage to come back to life. Her sting reminds us that protection and vitality often live side by side. She is a plant that strengthens us.
During this gathering we will:
✨ Explore the history and folklore of nettle
✨ Learn about her medicinal properties and traditional uses
✨ Share a nourishing nettle infusion together
✨ Learn simple ways to work with nettle at home throughout the month
About Green Community🌿
Green Community: Working With Plant Spirit is a once monthly container devoted to meeting one plant at a time through education, ritual, handcrafting, and sound. Together, we will move through the year building relationship with the green world in a grounded, accessible, and reverent way.
