An immersive late afternoon of live cello, singing bowls, and tea designed to support deep rest and nervous system settling.We will begin with a gentle, tea-inspired guided meditation. Layered cello harmonics and resonant bowls will then create a rich acoustic field for embodied listening.
Guests will be offered three caffeine-free loose-leaf blends provided by One Steep At A Time (Canton, NY). During the sound immersion, you may choose to have your tea placed near the instruments and infused within the live acoustic field. At the close of the session, we’ll enjoy tea together in a relaxed and informal way as we ease back into conversation.
Participants may browse and purchase One Steep At A Time offerings following the event.
