Together we’ll share sacred cacao — a gentle heart-opening plant medicine — followed by a soothing sound bath to help you rest, release and reconnect.

Cacao is a natural heart medicine that helps to calm the mind, soften emotional layers, and guide you into a place of self-love and inner clarity.
✨ What to expect
A grounding opening meditation, a guided cacao ceremony, followed by a deeply restorative sound journey using crystal bowls, chimes and other healing instruments.

This experience supports emotional release, balance in the nervous system, and a sense of connection with your heart and spirit.
