How do we stay rooted while rising together? In this final session, we integrate all we've learned into personal action plans and community blueprints. From medicinal gardens to mutual aid networks, we imagine tangible steps toward wellness, justice, and regeneration. Ends with a collaborative planting and a shared meal.

The Rooted & Rising: Healing Ourselves, Our Communities, and the Earth Series is an interdisciplinary workshop series designed for those ready to reconnect with land, body, and community as a path to lasting resilience and change. Drawing wisdom from regenerative agriculture, community healing, and ecological justice, each session explores the relationships between soil and soul, individual care and collective power, gardening and organizing.
