Join Root & Roar Storytime Yoga at the Council Bluffs Public Library for a playful yoga adventure inspired by Up in the Garden and Down in the Dirt.
Kids ages 3–9 will move, breathe, imagine, and explore how seeds grow, worms wiggle, flowers bloom, and how we can care for our world — all through story, yoga, and gentle movement.
