🌿 Age Guidance
Suitable for ages 13+.
Younger participants are welcome if they feel comfortable remaining still for the full one-hour session.
Participants under 16 years must attend with a parent or guardian.

🌿 Important Information
Session Environment: This is a calm, quiet session designed to support relaxation and nervous system regulation. Participants are asked to remain settled and respectful of the shared space for the full duration of the session.

Booking Policy: Tickets are refundable up until 24 hours before event. If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to a future Sacred Stillness Sanctuary session with at least 24 hours notice, or gifted to a friend with alerting me of the name change.

Health & Wellbeing: This session includes gentle breathwork, guided meditation, and relaxation practices. If you are pregnant, have any medical conditions, or have concerns about participating, please consult your healthcare provider before attending.
