π‘ Do I need experience in yoga or breathwork?
No! Both classes are beginner-friendly and accessible for all levels.
π‘ What should I bring?
YOGA: Yoga mat, Water bottle , Comfortable clothing for movement /Optional: Yoga blocks or a strap for support.
BREATHWORK: Yoga mat or comfortable item to lie down on, Blanket or warm layers (body temperature may drop), Water bottle /Optional: Journal to reflect afterwards
π‘ Can I attend just one class?
Yes! You can choose either yoga or breathwork, but we highly recommend doing both for the full Synergy Series experience. Yoga helps open your body and deepen your breath, making the breathwork session even more powerful. Together, they create a complete mind-body reset!
π‘ Is the breathwork safe for everyone?
Most people can participate, but we advise against it if you are pregnant, epileptic, or have cardiovascular conditions. Please consult a doctor if you have concerns.
π‘ What if I have an injury or physical limitations?
Pleas reach out so that we can prepare modifications for the functional yoga class. This class is designed to be accessible to all bodies. Youβre encouraged to listen to your body and modify movements as needed.
