There’s something powerful about the full moon… a time to pause, reflect, and set intention for what’s ahead.This 24-hour ADVENTURE is a simple, nature-based experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and realign.
🌿What to expect
We begin at 11am on Saturday with a gentle bush walk up Mt Stronach, moving together through nature before arriving at the rock platform near the top for a gentle yoga practice and time to take it all in.
We’ll share a BYO lunch on the mountain before heading down to Julie and Jason’s place (just down the road a bit from the Mt Stronach car park) to settle in for the night.
You’ll set up your own tent (BYO camping gear), creating your own space to rest and land.
🔥 Evening under the full moon
As the sun sets, we gather around the roaring fire.
There will be a warm, hearty soup with bread and simple snacks provided, and you’re welcome to BYO drinks.
As night falls, we move into a full moon cacao ceremony with ceremonial cacao from Bali, taking time to reflect and set our inTENTions by the flames fuelled by Balinese Agarwood.
🌅 Sunday morning
We wake gently, with the option to join a sunrise meditation and yoga practice, followed by breakfast together.
From there, you’re free to head off at your own pace, carrying your fiery intention with you.
