Join me Sunday, January 4th for a day of embodied renewal and soulful intention.

✨ 5Rhythms Dance Wave
10 am – 12 noon
Move through the five rhythms and awaken your body’s natural wisdom.
We’ll shake off the dust of the past year, honor the lessons,
and dance ourselves back into joy, freedom, and flow.
Sliding scale: $20–$30 (drop-in, no registration needed)
🌬️ Transformational Breathwork 3-Hour Journey (Holotropic Style)
2:00 pm – 5:15 pm
An intensive Holotropic-style journey — blindfolded, immersed in sound and breath,
where the conscious mind softens and the inner healer awakens.
This deep, sacred breathwork opens the portals of release and revelation,
resets the nervous system, and connects you to higher guidance and truth.
A profound soul journey beyond the edges of ordinary experience.
Sliding scale: $60–$80 (you must Register and pay for this part ahead of time ..spaces are limited)
