🙌🏻Join us on the March 21st (WORLD DOWN SYNDROME DAY) for the 8th Annual Rowan's Run 5k (well actually it's 3.21 mile run/walk). 5k start time 9am at Eastern Shore Performance Center ESPC. This run/walk will be conducted locally, as well it is a VIRTUAL WALK/RUN for those that wish to participate but are not on the Eastern Shore. For the kids 10 and under ONE MILE FUN RUN for the littles and young adults to participate in at 8:30am! Strollers are welcomed (no registration required). All mileage counts even if on a treadmill!
