動物流健體 Animal Flow w/ Clark Cheung and Natural Nip

來自澳門的 lululemon 品牌大使與健身教練 Clark Cheung 和健身教練 Natural Nip將帶領學員練習動物流健體 —— 結合多種運動元素如：瑜伽、跑酷、體操、武術等，並透過四足支撐變化不同動作組合的「封閉鏈運動」，更安全有效的鍛鍊核心穩定度、肢體協調等。Clark 將Terrible Baby 的露天花園轉化為一個身體尺度的感知實驗場，帶領參與者重新編排自身的感官與行動節奏。

Macau lululemon legacy ambassador and fitness coach Clark Cheung and Natural Nip will lead participants in practicing Animal Flow — a dynamic movement-based fitness practice that combines elements from yoga, parkour, gymnastics, martial arts, and more, utilizing quadrupedal movements and closed-chain exercises to create various movement sequences. This approach provides a safer and more effective way to train core stability, body coordination, and overall strength.

Clark will transform the open-air terrace at Terrible Baby into a sensory playground, guiding participants to reprogram their sensory awareness and movement rhythms through this unique fitness experience.
