【青少年班】

• 時間：2026年4-6月
• 對象：小二至中三學生（需年滿8歲）
• 地點：灣仔、屯門、天水圍、北區、大埔
• 費用：$1600/10堂；$1760/11堂；灣仔運動場星期二班為$2000/10堂，星期四為$2200/11堂，星期五為$1800/9堂。
• 注意：新生需另繳$160購買訓練制服。

• 跑姿改善
• 運動相關體適能訓練（速度、爆發力等）
• 功能性訓練
• 比賽前準備

本會教練會定期為學員進行測試評估，緊貼學員進度並作出適當調整，並會和學員商討訓練計劃及目標。表現優異者經教練推薦可代表本會參加本地青少年公開比賽，於比賽中獲得佳績更可進升本會精英訓練。

【Juniors Programme】

• Time: April to June 2026
• Target Group: P2 to S3 students aged 6 years and above.
• Location: Wan Chai, Tuen Mun, Tin Shui Wai, North District, Tai Po
• Fee: $1600(10 Classes); $1760 (11 Classes); Wan Chai Sports Ground Tuesday Course: $2000 (10 Classes); Thursday Courses: $2200 (11 Classes); Friday Courses: $1800 (9 Classes)
• A T-shirt fee of $160 is required for new students.

• Posture improvement
• Sports-related fitness training (speed, explosive power, etc.)
• Functional training
• Pre-race Preparation

Our coaches will conduct regular tests and evaluations for our trainees to keep track of their progress and make appropriate adjustments, as well as to discuss training plans and goals with them. Those with outstanding performance can represent our club to participate in local youth open competitions upon recommendation of our coaches, and those with good results in the competitions can be promoted to our elite training programme.
