Reiki Level 1 One day intensive course
Certified by Martine F Saltoun, Reiki NZ.
⸻
Reiki Level 1 – Usui Method of Natural Healing - A One Day Intensive, offered by MFS Well Being Services through Martine’s Reiki School is a gentle yet powerful introduction to energy healing and self awareness.
❤️This immersive day is designed to reconnect you with your innate ability to restore balance, calm the nervous system, and support wellbeing. Beginning of course with yourself and extending to others. Reiki is a simple, hands on healing practice that works holistically on the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic levels. No prior experience is required.
❤️During the workshop, participants receive their Reiki Level 1 attunement and learn the foundations of Reiki practice. The day includes an introduction to the history and principles of Reiki, understanding energy and chakras, hand positions for self-healing and treating others, grounding and protection techniques, and the development of intuitive awareness.
❤️Teaching is supported by guided discussion, practical exercises, and reflective integration in a safe, nurturing environment.
❤️This one day intensive is ideal for those seeking personal healing, stress reduction, or a deeper connection to self. Reiki Level 1 often marks the beginning of a meaningful personal journey, fostering clarity, presence, and compassion in everyday life. By the end of the workshop, participants will feel confident practicing Reiki on themselves and others.
❤️On full completion of the course, participants will receive a Reiki Level 1 Certificate of Completion from Martine’s Reiki School, MFS Well Being Services.
Is it time for you to expand your knowledge? Is it time to make the change and to take that leap of faith. By changing nothing, nothing changes.
