Let's get together IRL for some soulful Sunday sessions... 💛
Join Cesar for a guided mindfulness session designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to a sense of clarity and presence. The experience begins with a short dharma talk offering a meaningful story or insight, followed by a guided meditation that brings gentle awareness to the body and mind.
Through simple, accessible practices, you’ll be invited to release tension, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with yourself. The session closes with a grounding mantra you can carry with you beyond the experience. All are welcome, whether you’re new to meditation or deepening your practice.
Come for a tea and a mingle from 9:45 AM - 10:00 AM PT.
Meditation starts at 10:00 AM.
