Yin Yoga – Gentle Midweek Reset is a slow, nourishing practice designed to help you pause, release, and recalibrate in the middle of the week. This class is open to all bodies and experience levels.The practice focuses on long-held, passive floor poses that gently target the deep connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and spine. With its unhurried pace and emphasis on mindful breathing, Yin Yoga encourages physical release and mental clarity, supporting both mobility and deep rest.
This class is especially beneficial for those who engage in physically demanding or repetitive activities, as well as anyone seeking stress relief, improved flexibility, and a sense of balance. As a complement to more active movement practices or a busy lifestyle, Yin Yoga offers space for recovery, reflection, and renewal.
