Reiki Certification Training • Foundations to Advanced Practice

Step into a grounded, heart-centered training where Reiki becomes a lived practice—supporting your nervous system, deepening self-awareness, and strengthening trust in your inner guidance.

This immersive 2-day training is designed not only to teach Reiki, but to help you build a real relationship with it through presence, practice, and direct experience.

Reiki (pronounced “ray-kee”) is a Japanese energy healing practice that works with universal life force energy to support balance across the body, mind, and spirit.

• Rei = universal wisdom
• Ki = life force energy

Reiki is not a religion. It honors all belief systems and meets you where you are. It is a practice of presence, awareness, and connection.

Holy Fire® Reiki is a refined evolution of traditional Usui Reiki, introduced through the International Center for Reiki Training.

In class, we explore how to notice qualities such as:

• Gentle
• Continuous
• Respectful of free will
• Supportive

• Supports nervous system regulation & stress reduction
• Encourages emotional clarity and balance
• Strengthens intuition and inner guidance
• Deepens connection to self and others
• Offers tools for self-healing and supporting others
• Integrates naturally with other wellness or spiritual practices

No prerequisites required

• History of Reiki: Usui → Hayashi → Takata → modern practice
• Reiki Ideals (Five Principles) and daily integration
• The Three Heavens framework (body, mind, and spirit awareness)
• Energy basics: chakras, aura, and flow
• Self-Reiki and hands-on healing for others
• Japanese techniques: Gassho, Byosen scanning, Reiji-ho, Kenyoku, Gyoshi-ho
• Ethics, boundaries, and energetic hygiene
• Holy Fire® III Reiki I Placement + Certification
• Journaling, integration, and guided practice

Prerequisite: Reiki I (Usui or Holy Fire®)

• Reiki I Recap — Foundations of Practice
• Introduction to the three Reiki symbols (Power, Harmony, Distance)
• How to draw, activate, and apply symbols in practice
• Distance healing across time and space
• Emotional healing and deeper energetic work
• Strengthening intuitive awareness
• Ethical application in personal and professional settings
• Holy Fire® III Reiki II Placement + Certification
• Partner practice, integration, and group sharing
