Through guided meditation and a soothing sound bath, we will gently release what no longer serves us and open space to renew our energy. Working with the natural elements of Earth, Water, Fire, and Air, this experience supports us in reconnecting with our intuition, awakening our inner power and radiance, and attuning to our body’s natural rhythm and the sacred essence we each carry.
We will begin our time together with Felicia, Sound Practitioner and Multidimensional healer, as she opens the space by setting intentions through a sacred fire ceremony. Inviting in clarity, release, and transformation.
From there, Jenni, a talented Intuitive Channeler & Alchemy Facilitator, will guide us through a heart-centered meditation, working deeply with the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, and Air to help ground, cleanse, energize, and expand our awareness.
To conclude our time together, Felicia will lead us through a closing ceremony centered around gratitude—honoring Gaia (Mother Earth) and expressing appreciation for all that sustains, nurtures, and supports us.
This is also an invitation into self-love—taking intentional time to pour back into yourself, to soften, to listen within, and to honor your journey exactly as it is.
Together, we rise and co-create in new ways of being and connecting as the multifaceted, unique beings we are.
