✨Join in as we facilitate a peaceful and transformative community sound healing experience at the beautiful and historic Mill Pond Farms Events. We’ll move through a series of high and low tones, using both certified training as well as intuition, to create a unique and relaxing environment. We invite you to lay back, relax and receive as the healing frequencies wash over you. No special clothing is required for this event. We provide thick quality mats for your comfort as well as bolsters for under your knees to and yoga blankets as well.
The exchange for class is $33. Class is 90 minutes, includes guided meditation, use of 4 gongs, ancient Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, bells, and sealing things up at the end with the ocean drum.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class start time. Pay in advance when registering to secure your spot as space is limited to provide both an individual as well as community experience.
