Join us for a transformative two-hour journey into deep emotional release, renewal, and expanded awareness.
This experience is intentionally limited to a small group. We believe powerful inner work deserves a sacred, supportive container; one where each participant is seen, held, and guided with care. A smaller group allows us to create depth, safety, and meaningful integration.
We will begin with a restorative, heart-opening yoga sequence led by Ashley Day. This practice is intentionally designed to prepare your nervous system and body for what’s to come- gently opening the chest, releasing tension, grounding your energy, and bringing you into alignment so you can lean into the breathwork with trust and readiness.
From there, FJ Carleo, will guide you through somatic + holotropic-style breathwork.
This is not traditional yogic pranayama.
This is not calming, parasympathetic breathing.
This style of breathwork intentionally activates the nervous system in a safe, supported environment. By temporarily increasing intensity through guided breath patterns, we create access to emotions and experiences that may be stored beneath the surface (think stress, grief, suppressed feelings, protective patterns, etc) allowing them to move, surface, and release.
When the body is given permission to fully express, it can let go.
Participants often experience emotional breakthroughs, clarity, physical release, and a profound sense of lightness and integration.
You will be guided every step of the way.
If you are ready to open your heart, listen to your body, and explore what may be waiting to be felt and freed, then this space is for you.
Who This Is For:
This experience may be supportive for you if:
• You are open to exploring your emotional landscape
• You feel like there are emotions, stress, or patterns “stored” in your body
• You are ready to move beyond surface-level relaxation and into deeper release
• You are comfortable being in an intimate group setting
• You are willing to stay present with intensity in a guided, supported environment

• You are looking solely for a gentle, relaxing breath practice
• You prefer traditional pranayama or calming meditation techniques
• You are currently navigating unmanaged mental health conditions that make nervous system activation unsafe
• You are not ready to engage with strong emotional experiences
Holotropic-style breathwork can be powerful. While many people experience clarity, relief, and integration, it can also bring intensity. We encourage you to listen to your body and honor where you are.
