About this Event
Winter Solstice Dreamtime Gathering
An Exclusive Evening of Sound, Story, and Sacred ConnectionHosted by Aimee Arendsee of Indivara Sound & Healing Arts and Darcey Kesner Hawkins of the I Choose Me!® Platform
Featuring Carmen Murphy and Tina Massimi of Just Breathe Sound & Wellness and Gabrielle Damiana of Cascadia Crystals and Botanicals.
Step into the quiet magic of the Winter Solstice — the moment when the long night turns toward the returning light. This intimate gathering honors the shift from the Connection Portal into the Dreamtime Portal
—a season of rest, renewal, and inner illumination.
What’s Waiting for You:
1. Lightkeeper’s Exchange — Solstice Altar Ritual
Begin the evening by placing a small symbolic item on our community altar.
Choose something from nature, something representing the elements, or something that carries the energy of the returning light.
Your offering will be blessed, held by the group, and exchanged at the end of the night for an item that calls to you.
Examples of what to bring:
Crystals/Stone: garnet, clear quartz, amethyst, citrine, black obsidian, rose quartz, snowflake obsidian
Herbs: cedar, pine, holly, mistletoe, bay, rosemary, cinnamon
Symbolic Foods: dried citrus slices, nuts or berries, small grains, tiny gingerbread or spice symbols
2. Dreamtime Portal Opening
A gentle guided experience opens the night — using voice, imagery, and slow, grounding movements to help participants release the energy of the season and transition into Dreamtime.
This portion is intentionally accessible: a blend of breathwork, simple intuitive movement, and quiet awareness to settle the body and prepare the mind for reflection.
3. Guided Meditation with Carmen Murphy
Carmen leads a spacious meditation that bridges the portal activity into the sound bath, inviting rest, presence, and inner vision.
4. Sound Bath Journey
Immerse in a layered soundscape offered by Aimee Arendsee and Tina Massimi, weaving crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, flutes, and percussive tones to support deep Dreamtime rest and renewal. This is a seated sound bath that creates an epic surround sound experience to amplify your dreamtime portal experience.
5. Herbal Wisdom for Dreamtime
Learn about the herbs traditionally used to support the shift into winter rest — nourishment, protection, clarity, and gentle renewal. Presented by Gabrielle Damiana of Cascadia Crystals and Botanicals. Gabrielle is an Herbalist, Ceremonialist, and Teacher for over 25 years. Hot herbal tea will be served mindfully curated by Cascadia Crystals and Botanicals.
6. Community Love-Letter Ritual
Share encouragement and warmth by writing a note to someone in this circle.
Your letter will be mailed midway through the Dreamtime Portal — arriving just when the season’s introspection is deepest.
7. Manifestation Cloth Wishes
You’ll receive a small piece of fabric to write a quiet wish, intention, or vision for the coming light.
This is a simple, heart-led practice:Write your wishFold the fabricHold it at your heart for a breathHang it upon the tree.At the end of the Dreamtime Portal (in the coming weeks), your fabric wish will be returned to you or placed somewhere meaningful within the community’s seasonal ritual — depending on the group’s preference.
8. Closing Reflections
End the evening with warm tea, light snacks, and quiet time for journaling, drawing, coloring, or simple contemplation.
